Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • to taste fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Mix well to create a marinade.
  • Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the marinade. Toss until the shrimp are evenly coated. Let the shrimp marinate for about 10 minutes.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3 minutes.
  • Place the marinated shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. If necessary, cook in batches to avoid overcrowding.
  • Cook the shrimp for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the shrimp are cooked through and have a nice golden color.
  • Remove the shrimp from the air fryer and transfer to a serving plate. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.

Notes

For extra heat, consider adding a pinch of red pepper flakes to the marinade.
Serve with a side of rice or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
Leftover shrimp can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
