Equipment

  • 1 air fryer
  • 1 mixing bowl
  • 1 measuring spoons
  • 1 cutting board
  • 1 spatula

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds baby potatoes About 900 grams.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary Optional, for garnish.

Instructions

  • Start by washing the baby potatoes thoroughly and drying them with a towel. If they are large, you can cut them in half; leave smaller ones whole.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create a seasoning blend.
  • Add the washed potatoes to the bowl and toss them in the seasoning mix until they are evenly coated.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
  • Once preheated, place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. This ensures even cooking.
  • Cook the potatoes at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure they roast evenly.
  • Check for doneness—potatoes should be golden brown and crispy outside. If needed, cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  • Once cooked, remove the potatoes from the air fryer and let them cool for a minute. If desired, sprinkle with fresh rosemary for added flavor.

Notes

Feel free to experiment with your favorite herbs and spices, such as thyme, oregano, or chili powder.
You can also serve these potatoes with a dipping sauce of your choice for extra flavor.
Ensure not to overcrowd the air fryer basket for the best results; if you have a lot of potatoes, cook them in batches.
