Equipment

  • 1 air fryer
  • 1 mixing bowl
  • 1 measuring spoons
  • 1 cutting board
  • 1 spatula

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds baby potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary or 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Begin by washing the baby potatoes thoroughly under cold water. Pat them dry with a paper towel.
  • Cut the baby potatoes in half or quarters, depending on their size, to ensure even cooking.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create a seasoning blend.
  • Add the cut potatoes to the mixing bowl and toss until all the pieces are evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd them for optimal crispiness.
  • Cook the potatoes in the air fryer for 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking and browning.
  • Once cooked, the potatoes should be golden brown and crispy. Remove them carefully from the air fryer using a spatula.
  • Serve warm, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

Adjust the seasoning to your preference. Feel free to experiment with different herbs and spices!
If you have a larger amount of potatoes, consider cooking them in batches to maintain crispiness.
Serve these roasted potatoes alongside grilled meats, salads, or your favorite dipping sauce for added flavor. Enjoy!
