Take each fish fillet, coat it in the seasoned flour, then dip it in the beaten eggs, and finally coat it with breadcrumbs. Ensure each fillet is well-coated.
Lightly brush or spray both sides of the coated fillets with olive oil to ensure a crispy texture.
Arrange the fish fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure there's space between each piece as needed. Work in batches if necessary.
Cook the fish in the air fryer for about 10-12 minutes, flipping them halfway through for even cooking, until they are golden brown and flaky.
Once done, carefully remove the fish using a spatula or tongs and serve immediately with lemon wedges if desired.
