Equipment

  • 1 air fryer

  • 1 measuring spoons
  • 1 tongs
  • 1 meat thermometer

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts About 1.5 to 2 pounds total.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, oregano, and thyme to create a marinade.

  • Once cooked, remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing or serving.
  • Serve with a side of steamed vegetables or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
