Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup 10.5 oz can
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 lb frozen tater tots

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until it's browned and fully cooked, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.
  • Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and frozen mixed vegetables into the skillet with the ground beef. Mix until everything is well combined and heated through, about 3-5 minutes.
  • Transfer the beef and vegetable mixture to a 9x13-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  • Top the mixture with the frozen tater tots, arranging them in a single layer over the beef and vegetables.
  • Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

You can substitute the cream of mushroom soup with cream of chicken soup if preferred.
